just spent over a week reading the full post love the car fav bits are bonnet and front bumper had alot of your ideas myself but dont have the skill/ money/time to exicute them. my boost monster is only slightly modded but i have somethight you dont....... i have a alloy button on the hand brake! took hand brake to bits and got 1 of the guys at work to turn an alloy 1 on the lathe youll be able to do it no probs
ive got it in my head that granadas around 85ish had the same door handles as the escort but were metal instead of plastic but cant find one to check was i dreaming?

 

My mate has metal interior door handles in his s2

As I said lastnight it's looks far better on and I really think you should consider the boot mod.

Started to modify the diffuser part today to get it how i wanted it to look .
Cut the raised part from the diffuser so i could mould and bond in some plastikard.

Once this was in i reinforced it with fiberglass matting.

Repeated this on the out side.

Started to neaten up around the exhaust.



Inside done .

Started to apply the filler to the outside and start shaping .


Nearly there.

Much better around here now.

Test fit ,much prefer the look now





Just got to primer and wet flat it and paint it satin black.

 

Have to agree that now it's done like that it suits it alot better!

do it high shine gloss black with a billion layers of laqour so its GLEAMING will look much nicer than satin black but the new shape looks sweet dude!

Small update ,got the diffuser wet flatted off and painted yesterday ,will get it fitted monday.Staying with satin black so it matches the wheels .
Rubbing down with 800
