WOOOOO!

I have only just checked this, and I have been through all 8 pages. Some very nice stuff in there Dan, also some "borrowed" stuff too

Just one question though mate, I assume you have a cam sensor and a crank sensor running together??? What is the advantage of using both? Most, myself included run just a crank position sensor...

Thanks

Cheers mate ,the sensor was just the way he does his cossie management, i think (dont quote me)its so you can keep the standard dizzy, had to go flocked dash as they look awesome

Just got in from dropping off the dash and other bits to the flockers ,left my house at 9am this morning ,while we were there we choose the colours it will be done in,also had a look round their mk1 escort bubble arch project car (this is awesome) paint is like glass .Dash will be ready on sat for collection so i will get more pics on then ,i have deicided to have the door cards done aswell so they will give me enough of the lighter shade to take away and look after for when i want them done .
Below is a quick piccy of the final colours that we mixed, the darker shade will cover the radio consol, glove box lid ,center consol and handbrake consol, and the lighter shade will cover the dash and also the plastic on the door cards (eventually)

Tone, the cossie management requires a phase sensor aswll as the crank sensor, you can either use a hybrid cossie/rst dizzy or basically run this system at the other end of the cam!!

Right after a 250mile round trip its here and it looks pretty awesome Basically the dash was sprayed with a 2pack adhesive then charged electrostatically, then the flock is fired into the adhesive and stands on end, then left to set for 48 hours.
