Been a bit lazy car has been back on the road now for a month ,thought i should post a few pictures up of the finished article(not really finished),but a least as far as funds will let for now.

new brakes

and a couple of not so good ones of the engine bay

The car has been mapped to the limit of the in tank pump which was 474 bhp at 1.8 bar so have now got to sort the fueling system, before it can be mapped for the rest of the boost............another .7bar and the gas to reduce lag and bring the torque up.
Also need to get a gear box sorted as after quite a number of launches it has a bit of a rattle
I have a stack dash to fit and alot of little bits but i can do them over the winter my main aim was not to miss the hole summer........what a laugh that is.

Thanks for your support and kind words and will add to this post as things progress, just off to sell a kidney

they are k sport 8pots on 356 disks they have only just started making the kits for the cosworths so i thought i would give them ago. Really nice progrssive brakes tbh cant say if they are much better than my ap 4pots because it is very over braked now for road use ,but i can get the the abs in at over 150

Very nice tidying up work done there...
The car's a stunner...
Like your sparco buckets. Are they fixed, and if so how do people get in the back?

Leather back in now as ive decided im to fat for buckets they were fixed via side mounted brackets onto the runners,so would adjust and if anyone was daft enough to want to go in the back they slid forward enough to squeaze in it just was not very gracefull

Small update decided it was time to get a swirl pot and o44 fitted so i can run the gas safely and do away with the dreaded surge

Also whilst it was in the air the gear box was removed as it is broken
and no longer likes 4th gear , rearly must get an uprated one, but for now a rebuilt one will have to do, so will probabily be broken again by the end of the week or after the first shot of nos which ever comes first
