My escort rs turbo mini rebuild............
Heres my S2.......
Ive had the car since oct/nov 06 and ive so far put....
4 new tyres on
New grooved discs and pads
New plugs,leads,dizzy cap,rotor arm
4" scorpion exhaust
Pipercross air filter
Forge dump valve
As you can see from the pics the paint is in very good condition(it does have the odd mark), but ive had a look at the engine and it could do with a freshen up so ive got a list of parts stocking up in the spare room at home.......
Alloy Radiator
Pace intercooler
Samco coolant and ancilerent hoses
New sump, rubber gasket and sum plug/washer
Dizzy seal
Spare fuel distrubutor
Manifold gasket, studs and nuts
T3 Turbo
Ignition coil
More bits to get.......
Lower arms
Steering rack bushes
Engine and gearbox mounts
Fast road clutch
Rocker Gasket
CV boots
I shall be booking a weekend off work soon to take the engine out and get all the bits onto the car..................so more pics will follow as im doing the work.
