cheers for the comments guys!
Its being done at a snails pace compared with AG focus cossie but my budget is limited by time!
Heres the latest from the bodyshop, 2 weeks ago, ive heard that the shell is now prepped and waiting for primer so will send him the money for materials this week. He's still gotta do the doors, bonnet, boot and lights etc too.
Hopefully will be ready for March for the trackdays and 1/4mile events next year
I cant wait to drive it, will be the fastest car ive ever been in and probably the most different to drive.
Im a track day virgin and only done a couple of 1/4miles runs before so its gonna be a very steep learning curve! More of a point and squirt driving style

good luck is all i can say if you're a track day virgin, driving that little monster is gona be a right handfull for a complete novice so take things easy and try to get your suspension setins sorted way before the point and squirt part comes into it.

need to get hold of a few things for the bodyshop.
Aerocatch bonnet pins,
rear wing - not sure whether the standard one will look ok or should i go for a huuuuuge one?
bonnet vents - Not sure which ones yet, dont think the escos rounded ones will suit the shape well. Any others?

Pics back from bodyshop:
will be getting it back soon then ill be fitting out the interior and wiring in the engine and digi-dash.
Engine has been sitting for over a year and a half now, is it worth stripping it? or shall i risk an oil change and turn it over?
