im thinking the same i have a rs500 front bumper and splitter but want to put a lighter and less expensive one on as ive been offered 1700 for my front bumper.
were did u get the fibreglass one from?

havn't done much to the car since we got it running as been trying to get my money back off of some thieving northern scumbags so i havn't had any money to do anything.

brands hatch trackday is next tuesday so i will be busy this week sorting the car out getting it ready.

got to bleed the brakes out and keep my fingers crossed that the annoying problem i've had is fixed

oil and filter change.

check everything is tight and tip top

then to joe on monday to be mapped.

whilst the head was off i noticed the steering coupling rubber was mullered so replaced it with a pro flex item

old one stripped down



was pretty mullered



new one fitted





a little job i done sunday, was getting annoyed with the padding every time i got in and out









also on my list is to wash the car, hasn't been washed for a year

 

ordered my bush yesterday!!! hope it all goes well at Brands!!!

any guesses on weight? tailgate with spoilers weighs 5 kg's. no idea how much the standard one weighed but when it fell on my head once it was heavy bonnet weighs 2kg's. grille weighs 500grams. roof will be 4ish kg's
