well heres the latest folks. Just really been clening up the underside and also got my new rear beam heres the pics-
got this bumper mount off too (had to cut the bumper ages ago)

well heres tonights work-
got on with cleaning more and also sorting out some rust. I ground down the rust then laggered it in kurust from hammerite as its meant to be shithot also forgot to take pics when the arch was fully clean lol heres the pics I did take-

this is one of the two major bits of rust-

well heres my xmas prezzie -
brand new GAZ fully adjustable coilover kit- 70mm slammage pics-



also got the n/s door off the car which means all thats left to come off is the tailgate and the windscreen. Going to start the rust on the n/s tommorow night and get it treated like the o/s. Got a weekend off work too so will hopefully get cracking with the welding

got a bit more done tonight. Got the passenger door off and also the tailgate. Then got all the rust on the passenger sill and rear quarter window ground down and treated- some areas will need plated though anyway heres the pics-

well heres the latest folks
decided to attack the rust on the ns rear inner arch with the help of an angle grinder also managed to eventually get this weekend off at mgt so will be cracking on then heres the pics of the butchering lol-






made sure I went back to good metal as you can see lol

Mate im sure ive said this before on one of the many sites you post all these pics up on, but........ what are your plans for this campus shell?? you seem to of spent months taking off every little part maybe some of its overkill but whatever.
please don't tell me your going to do all this then keep it as a campus? as even if its fully re-painted inside and out it will fetch Ł200 max.
Are you building a GT turbo lump to stick back in? then sticking on a gt turbo kit? if so fair do's

putting it all back together as a campus mate its GTT spec brakes and suspension on it so then I can build a GTT lump for it when I can afford the insurance

well got lots done today. delocked both doors and also stripped rear beam inbetween helping my mate fit a new clutch to his scooby lol Ill let the pics do the talking-









GTT front anti roll bar arrived too-

heel bearings are presed into the discs mate and theyr gettin replaced.

My mate works for Renault and he reckons the discs will crack when you try and press them out.

Very common on these.

well heres the latest.
First off hope use all had a good xmas
well welded up the rear wiper and washer holes and also rear plate holes as plate will be stuck on. Then santa delivered my xmas prezzie heres the pics folks-

yeah hopefully says up to 70mm so will start at 50 and work it from there...long way to go though...

wanting it fully painted for the end of february...Still a bit of welding to be done then stonechip and hammerite the underside, mask that off then prep and paint the interior/engine bay and door boot shuts, then paint the outside
