have to say, the new underlay you got, how much was it mate, and any cahnce you still got the part number? i went to ford a while ago for a new one and was told they only do small bits, nothing complete for the car, guessing they were lying to me the fookers
keep the updates coming mate, spent the last hour lookling through the post, even had to save as favorites and rebot my pc as it was going slow, lol.

Up date again !!!
I will make a start on cleaning my box up this week !!!
The first coat of paint !!!
Also order new water pump ,oil pump !!!
Three coat !!!
Also got new dip stick & tube , gasket !!!
& new studs & core plugs !!!

been reading this thread for the last couple of days and just thought i'd register to say this is an amazing amount of work and everything look top top quality and a massive well done for getting this far can't wait to see more progress!!!

Small update !!!!!!!!!!!
Just a few bits i got from ford !!!
I ve painted my gearbox up just waiting for a new end plate from ford !!!
Sent loads more bits of to the powder coaters , like manifold , cross over pipe , rocker cover , brackets, pulleys, throttle body & sensor brackets!!!
so lots to come back in the coming weeks ,also will be put the engine back in it home in the next few weeks hopefully !!!!
