Hoping to change the standard ka engine into an rs engine... but does it always work?? :blonde:

by that I take it you mean CVH turbo engine?

Mate, assuming your talking about a CVH RS turbo engine, it has been done plenty of time's now and it's considerably straight forward. The hardest part is probably getting the wiring loom sorted out.

You'll also need to modifiy the position of the starter motor if you're planning on using the Ka's IB5 gearbox, along with that you'll need an engine mount fabricated and possibly a custom charge carrier as this often foul's the bonnet.

Hey thanx for ur replies... ill keep u updated with what i do to it.. i jus didnt want to start conversions then it buggerin up an me havin to spend grands on me ka!! cheers
