Cheers Junkie XR for a top Siggie!

However i can't get it to go on my desktop, in my pictures, in to photobucket, fuji finepix etc, i can email the image everywhere!

But it does not show up on my pictures, but is on the emails!!!

Help please!

Hi, thanks for responding,

Sorry i forgot to mention that i was trying to copy the image from a thread on here and paste it into my pictures folder so that i could browse from photobucket to put it on here as a signature from the URL.

The picture doesn't seem to copy properly.

Any idea's?

To save any picture from a website you just need to right vlick on it and select 'Save as' then select the destination i.e. Desktop.

Then open photobucket and upload picure from desktop, you should see it uploaded on screen. then highlight all the IMG file details abd right click and select copy.

if you then want to use it for a sig (ensure its the right size both in file size and dimensions) then all you do is goto your Pf Profile and scrolldown to where it says Signature then paste the IMG file into the box. done

I hope thats what you are trying to do. if not just say.

Followed all the instructions above and now it says the picture has an invalid format!

Show me what pic you are saving.

IIRC it would have to be a jpg. if its not, then i can convert it for you.

First off, the sig is too big 25k is the limit and its slightly over....

otherwise its fine, right format etc. so cant see why you are having a problem.

Talk me through each of the steps you are doing, what and where etc.

we'll see if something crops up.

i right licking ontheimage, then save as, then desktop, click the save button and it goes to the desktop but then can't be opened as an image, it just says no preview available. Then it obviously doesn' save in photobucket.

Any idea's?

When you rightclick save as, does it say Jpg format?

All sorted now and many thanks for your help CosRush, cossiekeef sorted it out for me, but fek knows how, he is less of a cybergeek than I am! (cheers keef if your reading this X )
