Rick, dunno but the MOs are staying for a while!
Brief spec...
Engine.
1600 CVH block bored 1mm.
Bespoke under piston oil spray jet system.
1mm oversized fully floating CVH Cosworth forged pistons (standard is semi floating).
Farndon H section fully floating steel con rods (standard is semi flaoting).
Standard polished crank.
Entire rotatin mass has been balanced.
Karl Norris stage 3 ported big valve head with phosphor bronze rifled effect guides, stainless steel valves and matched manifolds.
Anti pump lifters and Kent CVH36 cam/Kent vernier pulley.
Currently running standard turbo, Mongoose exhaust and a chipped standard Bosch KE set up. This will be all replaced at the beginning of next year.
Gearbox
S2 gear ratios.
Shot peened and polished gear set.
New main shaft.
Uprated larger bearings.
Quaife ATB diff.
Suspension
Full set of Bilstein coilovers running 300/70 damping rate.
275lb front 9" springs.
170lb rear 10.5" springs.
Adjustable track control arms for camber adjustment.
Standard front tie rods and seperate anti roll bar for castor adjustment.
Adjustable rear tie rods (rose jointed, no bushes).
Adjustable rear parallel arm set up (rose jointed, no bushes).
Remaining bushes are polyeurethane.
Brakes
315mm rotors on 5mm offset bells.
AP 4 pot calipers.
Braided flexi hoses.
273mm rear Cosworth rotors.
2wd Cosworth calipers.
RS2000 Mk5 hand brake cable.
Braided flexi hoses.
Wheels
16" x 7" Compomotive MOs with 215 40 16 Eagle F1s on the front and 205 40 16 Yokohama A520s (shite) on the rear.
Or
16" x 7" Compomotive MH magnesium alloy split rims. [/u]

FPMSL - Daz, i quite like the way mine handles with 215 fornts, 195 rears - all F1's
The MO's look really well - they look shit on S2's - suit the harder lines of the s1 much better

I think I know which picture you mean Stu and it will stay missing for several reasons!!
A) I might not use that bit of kit as I might be "upgrading."

I best sell it all and get me an MF2 then!
My issue is time and getting round to sorting a few things out. Once I get things sorted, I hope to have the car up near full power towards the end of the first half of next year.

Full power, not sure to be honest but it will be quite substantial.......probably!

top marks on that S1 mate, they have been a dream car of mine for along time. never had the cash for one tho' and it would have to be a 24/7 car and that would be a sin. always love to see them in such mint condition. well done that man.
