thanks for the coments , going to cut down that stuped sub box ( massive in the little si boot ) and then im going to cut out a si badge of wood and put it under the carpet next to the sub also started to pollish my rocker cover ( cam cover ) my hand

well got a mate to draw me a si badge and then i cut it out and sanded it down , then just stuck it under the boot carpet ( with a staple gun till i get some proper glue and it helps the carped stay to the shap )

done a bit more on the cam cover ( going to get it powder cooted soon i think in black same with the inlet )

got pissed of with the patches of rust so i disided to get rid of them

sanded now and primered up


all painted

and yes i was just about to go out thats y i had me helmet on ( on me ped)
only got the boot and other side to do

nice one mate, looking good. Can i ask though, why do you have the RST crossover pipe? what do they usually have? and i didnt know the Si was twin cam? thought they still used CHV on 1600's.

boXXer, the fiesta si 1.6 come with the zetec twin cam i changed the cross over pipe to a turbo one becuase it comes with a shitty bit on flat black plastic as standerd ( i will be grinding the turbo off soon and getting it powered coated or polished ) i will try find the origanle and get a pic
