270bhp RS TURBO!!! B16 BOY
I've been on here for a while, so I thought I might as well show you all my beast
First of all, the spec :-
Cossie management L6
Light blue injectors
2.1 ZVH
Steel conrods
Low compression forged pistons
Piper 285 T2 cam kit
Ported, polished and gasflowed head
T35 turbo
3 inch exhaust from turbo back
Cossie fuel pump
Radtec front mount intercooler
twin Kenlowe fans
Samco hoses
HKS induction kit
AP 4 paddle clutch
= 270 BHP @ Jamsport Rollers
Could of turned the boost up much more but the car was wheelspinning on the rollers
(pictures were taken via camera phone, so the quality is crap)

Its running 15 psi at the mo, it can run 20 psi reliabily
I wanted to break the 300 bhp mark but Jamsport could'nt turn the boost up any more because of the car wheelspinning and trying to jump out of the rollers
Thanks for the comments

I'm from Birmingham mate and the car is definetely a handful but its fun , especially when you pull up to scooby's on the motorway, wave at them and then plant your foot to the floor leaving them in the dust
Thanks for the compliments, trying to get a feature at the moment with Performance Ford just waiting for there reply

Thanks for all the reply's
Will be at National Day and hopefully be on a stand (fingers crossed), so you all will be able to see it a bit better there .
I don't really launch the car, but when I think of all that 270bhp going through a gearbox which was only ment to handle around 130bhp, I get just bit worried .
Oh well, if it blows then tuff sh!t, I will just have to give Quaife a ring and see what they sort out

thats a serious beast!! NOS next lol
I don't agree with NOS anyway because its not power you can use all the time and its dam expensive to setup and then keep on refilling.
(Imagine how much NOS bottles you would need to get around Donnington racetrack on National Day )

The filter is a HKS item and gives off loads of loud chatter.
The car's looking sweet as always O-Dog.
I've driven this car a few times and it is seriously nippy lads.

And that's why I don't like rolling roads...can NOT get all potential out of car that way
Car looks nice and well thought out, just wish you could do pipe work like that with MFi, well you can but it'd cost about £70 to do
