Sold the bloody thing, 2 rebuilds is enough........LOL
Dont think he had more than 7 days trouble free motoring.

The RS2000 he has now is a very good car, I must admit I like driving it, makes a great induction roar, and handles very well,
A very underated RS

Nobody has mensioned about the leather retrim in the RS2000, come-on guys, there is another little difference on Liams car NOT normally there.........
can anbody guess, might take an RS2000 owner to spot

yeah there some kind of blocks to keep the back of the bonnet open to help dissipate heat

He has rear discs on the rs2000 too.. mainly 4x4 or very early mk6 have them

Shame about the RST was a nice looking thing! as for the RS 2000 you are right very underated! mine is a 1991 MK5 ( although is in the middle of a full body rebuild ) they are very underated lovely to drive... but i still love my RST
