25,000 miles so far, with nothing but consumables being used
. It still uses no more oil than a standard Cossie, so I'm well happy with it

No, to my own spec, built by Pro-alloy. 65mm thick core (instead of 50mm) and 120mm longer (in width) cores.
The end cans of my 4 x 2wd intercooler were causing me too many problems regarding water temps. There is a slight pressure drop (on par with the genuine RS500 item), as when I put the 2wd ones on, I had to back the boost off by 0.2 bar. Now I am 0.2 bar down. Water temps are back to where I was, and then a little better thanks to the auxiliary radiator.
