Every bumper that has had a respray is missing the black bit.
It's just a sticker that Ford stuck on when new but I think that these are obsolete OR that they never sold them aftermarket.

The back bumper does have a black bit in it from standard.
If you look at the bumper and you make a horizontal line from the exhaust to the other side, you'll see that the bumper is bit "deeper" there.
In standard form, there's a black plastic "thing" there.

Cars had bumpers sprayed to remove paint chips. Looks daft with the black strip in my opinion

Splitter is a fibreglass jobbie, soon to be carbon
