Default fiesta_jo's project fiesta

jodie has just bought a 99 v reg fiesta 13 fineese as her first car and already she is changing it and personalising it,obviously bieng her first car there are no engine mods yet but they will come in time

here it is in its standard glory

first thing i had to do was remove those horrid orange plastic bits from within the headlamps[
img]http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y172/cossienuts2/variouspicsfordsportfiestainthepark040.jpg[/img]

then we gave her new brakes and painted the callipers silver

ready for the 2nd hand 17 inch 5 spokes that we picked up really cheap

we was supposed to be fitting a recaro interior which i had picked up but the seats are too wide for the runners so jodie is saving for either a zetec s interior or a set of bucket seats
the next stage is to get her 12 bore bodykit sparayed and fitted then the car will be lowered

here she is as it stands now

to be continued......

From ym experience, you need to take the headlight out, remove the two top clips and 2 bottom clips, then prise the glass away from the back unit. This is only sealed with heavy duty 'gum', so if it gets trciky use hairdryer to loosen it up slightly.

Then once your inside the lamp, just get a screwdriver and 'gently' tease the orange filter out. It's held in with 3 corner lips, so locate these and pop them away from the backing. Job done. Put the glass back on and the 4 clips, and replace the unit. Hopefully, you wont have scratched the lamp lining, I did lol, but go carefull and you should be ok.

Any probs, pm me and I'll talk you through it, if need be...
