Simon, they are a kahn replica wheel, but i have made some Kahn logos for the centre on my mates vinyl cutter and then poured a clear resin over the top to make them a solid badge
Chrome vinyl background and then the black Kahn logo

Its not very loud actully, just enough for me 
im not into those exhausts where you here the car before you see it!
Its a Magnex system from the cat back, great when flooring it but also great on long journeys because you cant here it at a steady 70-80mph. plus it seems to get louder as the exhaust gets hotter and looks great from behing when i can be arsed to polish it

i really dont know mate as my zaust was on the car when i bought it, but its deffo a Magnex.
Buy performance ford magazine, theres loads of companys in there doing magnex zausts, cat back and full systems
