Managed to get the clutch working by bringing the peddle back, it sits a couple of inches further out than the brake peddle which isn't great. Decided to just run it like that for the rest of the summer then fit a decent peddle box over the winter. Knew the problem would be the pedal box, just use a bigger cylinder. Thinking about it, if the ratio is that far out what's occurring with the brakes???!!!!!!

Im up to a .75 roughly worked it out I would need a 1'' with the travel I had before moving the peddle, been looking at a Tilton floor mounted peddle box.
Brakes are shit as well cant get the balance right either.
