Default my ST170 - All freshly cleaned

On all the other car forums I have always had a thread about my car at the time, so thought I would put one here, don't have many plans for it, but that could change in the future.

2003 Focus ST170, I was looking for a blue one, but I see this one and for some reason something drew me to the colour, so far all I have done is induction, 4-2-1 Manifold and a full piper exhaust from cat back.

Today I spent 6 hours washing polishing and waxing her, my first time using a DA, so much to learn, but really happy with how she turned out so far.

Didnt take any before pics, but this was after I had Snowfoamed and washed the car, and just done a small 1/8th panel on the roof, was quite shocked at how dirty it was..

Plans are to fix a few small running issues, jerky when low/no revs, I am hoping cleaning the throttle body will solve this, I need a new washer jet for the passenger light, but debating blanking them both off. Also want the bigger spoiler, and either refurbed wheels or some old school ford alloys.

Looks nice. Best colour for a ST170 imo. You cant block the head light washer jets off cause your car will fail an mot.

Has this ST got the full leather recaros in it and the bass box in the boot??

That was a worry, but would it be easy to swap the lights to the non xenon versions, as my lights are looking worse for wear (the lenses are going hazey, been sanded down and buffed but gone back to be being hazey, and replacement xenons are rather costly.

It does have a bass box in the boot, but I put it there, interior is half leather, I do like the look of the full leather but I don't like the feel of it,

A lad had work has a full spec st170. His has the full leather recaros in. We used a head light cleaning kit on his car. Yeh the head lights are a fortune.

Buy a fresh set of headlights, or a good second hand pair and put the xenons in the oven or heat them up with a heatgun and pull the outer lenses off, then fit the newer cleaner ones. take the ballast off the back first as they are sensitive to being banged about.
