Default Wife's new car, non ford content!

Always fancied one of these for my self but I've got my focus estate to pimp about in so bought this for the wife , not the most economical motor in the world but her golf was falling apart and this came up for a nice price so couldn't resist it , totally standard bar a cold air induction kit and an all singing all dancing alpine head unit , car is mint and drives fantastic had it over the local back roads and it fair shifts for a big saloon and does sound mental at full revs !
Also these come with the same recaros as evo 6's so quite supportive seats , anyway , here's some pics

We swapped her golf plus 2k for it so near 3k in total , low miles and full Honda service history up to 75kmiles its on 85kmiles now, had a clutch fitted last month, slight stone chips on the front but otherwise unmarked exterior and a mint interior and wheels were refurbd before we got it , really impressed with it so far , massive boot so wife's happy lol

H22a (same as the prelude) 212bhp standard. Great handling car for its size and comes with LSD as standard

Yeah it's the H22a the civics come with the k20 engine , arches are mint on this one , one of the reasons we went for this one , my bros a total Honda head he's got a dc2 he's putting a k20 into with itb's and vtec killer cams should make for a good track car , I want to get this round knockhill soon as it should stand up to it quite well

I'd just started my apprenticeship at a Honda dealer when these were about, lovely things, handling is superb and they go better than you'd expect. Really comfy, well spec'd and generally a nice car, i keep fancying one myself, but know i will miss the economy of the golf.
Looks a really nice one that does mate!

Yeah it's gonna be a killer on fuel but small price to pay for what is a far superior car compared to the golf, well compared to her golf anyway! She's pining after an rs turbo so thought I'd get her this , something for her to be proud of and keep clean ect and has the performance to keep her happy plus a big boot ect , just pisses me off the wife runs about in a car better than mines at the moment lol
