Been wondering how my 3dr would look with gold wheels for a bit now so got a friend to do a photoshop, I quite like it but got a mixed reaction from friends, just after peoples opinions really please.
Stop worrying about other folk Karl, if you fancy it then go for it. I've never done anything where modding is concerned to please others.
Cost me Ł140 to have mine done by a mobile painter who comes to the house and pops the tyres off.
its maybe just the type of wheel and cause it aint on its arse mate, looks mint the way it is, had a good look around it at central day was gonna speak but didnt want to interupt you mate lol
end of the day karl its your choice its only paint... thats what i said about mine if i didnt like it it was going back anthracite but glad i went for it now

The gold works and you should do it . when i had gold comps , people took the piss untill they see the car . I thought they looked good but sold them as i wanted a different offset.
Each to there own guys, I love them gold rims on the black 3dr, I personally don't think the Hocks suit a 3dr for some reason a saph yes, like I said each to there own and its you car at the end of the day.

Don't be daft there easily in the top 5 wheels for a 3dr IMO
And I deffo know I have taste.. Because I bought a 3dr and not a saph
Fitted correctly there better suited to a 3dr than a sapphire IMo
