Its dyno'd 283.5 bhp as it is in the pictures, but if you look at the spec I haven't fitted everything on there yet, hoping for closer to 350 when everything is done... And hopefully something closer to 12.5 1/4 mile.
The white Escort belongs to a friend og mine, I'll try to find some pictures... The NSX is pertty much standard, cant even keep up with a Civic

Thanks for the comment, bodykit was on the car when I bought it. If it wasn't it would have looked quite different. But after all its still fun blowing other cars away just because they think its a regular 1.5 with a bodykit

I was actually looking for an Escort Cossie when I ended up with this, couldnt find an Escort that was to the standard I want... Plus the insurance on a Cossie is stupid

But that doesn't mean I havent got a Ford, there is a mk2 Fiesta XR2 hiding in my garage, in pieces, and it wont be fwd when its done

Thank you, hoping for 12s in the 2005 season... Like your Fiesta, what have you done with the front bumper? Is that an original XR2 top with a modified XR2i bottom? Have you got some more pictures of it?

yeah ive got plenty of pictures of it! i posted some up here a year or so ago but never updated it!
Its just a modified 2i bumper, the top is painted black, removed the lights for weight, cut the nuberplate part off for air flow.
Looks a little different now, ill put some links to pics up so i dont steal your thread!

Next to my mates XR2 there, mine came from the factory that colour, 1 of 25, his is repsrayed a Rover colour.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...1/0dbbe838.jpg
Dropped all the running gear out at the moment for a few new parts, shoud be good for some 1/4 mile action soon hopefully. The previous owner got a 13.9 which is pretty good for an XR2, one reason i was so impressed by yours! i didnt think FF cars went that fast!
Although to be fair you do have lots of power! She isnt much to look at really. I always concentrate on having them working properly before making them look nice. It would be good to smarten her up in the future though!
Thanks for your interest

I must also say, the CF bonnet and headlights make your civic look rock hard

It wont be a "normal" XRT, dont know what engine I'm using yet, most likely cossie and RWD, but possibly using the Honda engine in the back... RST engine and FWD is too easy
