Finally getting on top of the jobs/ issues. My07 Vectra Sri cdti.

I've had some paint done, still requires alittle more paint and somemore time on the panel beats... But after a couple of hours with the kestrel it's looking respectable.





Won't bore you with too many pics as I know Vauxhall's arnt liked on here...

It's kept me busy since buying it as it lacked tlc.
Finally on top of the mechanical side hopefully.
Now getting respectable mpg on motorway runs.

I like the look of them and nearly bought one myself although its a bit concerning that my mate who does recovery and scrap cars is scrapping 55/56 plate vectras all due to power steering repair costs

We have one had it for few year now and been a cracking car. Everyone told us don't got one there shit etc. All we've had to do is replace 2 rear springs and one injector seal. Got 19" snowflakes on ours

I want snowflakes but they all seem to crack... I'd like to change to 19's but for now I'll stick with the Sri wheels...
A slight drop and maybe spacers will do...

I've changed everything on this to hopefully keep it reliable... ( was mega cheap, so I'd still make money selling it on )
Cambelt kit including tensioners
water pump
aux belt
glow plugs
cleaned boost sensor, boost solenoid, throttle body, egr.
Its running a tunning box
Over weekend I've had the map altered, egr is now deleted for good!
Airbox modded, plus k&n panel filter.
Best mod has to be HIDs added to the dipped beam and front fogs.
The headlights are awful from factory...

Well someone modded my rear bumper last week...



Alittle but hey ho...

Searching on ebay got me this for Ł35 quid delivered to my door...









Alitte rough but alittle prep got it looking flatter...



Basecoated it and cleared it today... chuffed to bits... its gun finish done in the garden...













Owes me Ł45 quid painted...

A flat with 2000-3000 in the week once fitted and a quick polish and it'll be as good as new...

Diy painted rear bumper fitted...
finally got my wider spacers fitted, its still lowered on Lo 45mm springs, rear spacers are now H&R 20mm's, front spacers are now 16mm's























Should have gone 25mm's on the rear...
