I sold the ultralites in my sig pic back in December to Gaz a mate of mine, as I just didn't like the way they looked on the 6. Loads of folks had said they looked great, but I just couldn't see it. What I really wanted was a set of Rotas, either GTR Drift of Grid Drift. I'd ruled out 18x.9.5, as while they look amazing, everyone has said they are a pig to live with... So, 17x9 it was. Becuase I'm scottish, I didn't want to pay 700 quid for a set.
So, I kept my eye on Ebay and eventually a 'mixed' set of new wheels from Rarerims appeared! 1 bronze, 1 gunmetal and 2 black with a red lip. I bid a wee tiny bit too much and won them for £370 quid. I was aiming for 300, as i knew they'd need a refurb which is about £200. But I was all excited and stuff, plus they were the right offset (ET25).... ![LOL](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
Anyways, I got them refurbed at wheelproscotland in Glasgow (www.wheelproscotland.co.uk) and after a few hours looking at just about every colour chart on the planet, I finally settled on.........
Bronze
I know everyone had their doubts, but I am chuffed as it's just what I was wanting! I know they're not to everyone's taste, but if you don't like them that's cool. Just don't look at them.

Next week I'll be finally fitting my new brakes, and dropping the suspension around 5mm rear and 15mm front. Then getting the Geo done.

I used to have the same wheels in bronze on my old blue 200sx, sounds aweful when you say your wheels are bronze but in the flesh they look good.

Hows your front bumper going to cope with the 15mm drop at the end of that ramp for your garage?

Badly.... However, I have a shedload of concrete to modify the ramp to suit.
![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
The ramp was done by the old fella that I bought the house from, and I already catch the exhaust going into the garage. So, I'll extend it by 6 feet for a more gradual slope
