latest, which needs cranking up with bass. It was awesome live.

I saw them live last year supporting snow patrol.
Didn't really like them although that tune on the radio is not bad.

I love snow patrol. Seen them loads of times and always really enjoy it, they're ace.

Everything everything were wearing overalls when I saw them. The song I mentioned before that's on the radio, kemosabe, stood out but the rest I just couldn't get into at all.

I think Bastille could be one to watch this year. Their first single, Flaws, has been on the radio a bit and it's released, along with debut album, in march.

It was Snow Patrol I saw them supporting at Sheffield Arena and thought it suited the music live. I get the whole thing that people, like the wife, have a problem with it and his singing but at least it is singing. Some people listen to Rap which is a disgrace to music in my ears, but we all have different tastes! Dont even get me started on Nicki Minaj!
I like how varied my taste is. In my Amazon package was the new Everything Everything album -Arc, and the latest Deacon Blue album - Hipsters.

Haha my mum use to have deacon blue TAPES! (I think it was them).

Yeah I agree about the rap crap. I can't understand the hype over the likes of 50 cent or P.diddy or whoever they are. Very little talent and far too much attitude and ego.

Snow patrol have a knack for having good support bands. Saw Elbow and White Lies supporting them and really like those 2.

I can't wait for queens of the stone age to get their new record out. Dave Grohl (foo's) is back with them so it should be epic.

Nah I'm not a fan of dizzie rascal type people but Ill like the odd songs.

Just got another of David guettas albums today, really like everything he's produced so far.

Glenn-who you seeing this year?

I might try and get to a festival this year if the line ups are any good and/or creamfields again.
Queens are playing download but I'm assuming they'll do their own gigs this year with having new record, and I'll absolutely be there!

I seen them supporting snow patrol in glasgow too and they were absolute shite live. So much so that the place was in silence while they were on, apart from the odd shout of abuse.

Having heard them on the radio since, I think they were probably mashed when they were singing live.

Biffy fans are bloody wild!
Loved the puzzle album but nothing since. Black chandelier is good though.

I'd actually love to see Girls Aloud!!! Really like Lana Del Rey too, and I seem to have rhiannas last 3 or 4 albums but can't be doing with her herself!

Chemical brothers are ace! I saw them at creamfields too in 2011.

This is the good thing about taste!

I'm a big Morrissey/Smiths fan and do not get the whole depressing thing that people associate with him, I find a lot of his lyrics funny as fuck! But then I think Lana Del Ray IS depressing! To me she is proper wrist slitting music! Her voice drones on! IMO.

Morrisey/the smiths were before my time but I'd probably like it if I listened.

Yeah, i get what you mean about Lana. She does have a miserable sound to her voice and music, but she's really good at it. Be interested to see what she's like live, not even seen her on the telly or anything.

Biffy are fucking mint.

Saw them in a shithole of a venue in Peterborough in 2004 after hearing an acoustic version of Just Boy and have loved em since.

I quite like the Everything Everything song being played on the radio at the moment.

Only gig I have fully planned so far this year is Adam Ant.

Gonna hopefully get on a day pass for Saturday @ Download for Iron Maiden, QOTSA and Motörhead.

Good thing with Moz is he varies it up a lot from deep dark love songs to pop songs to rock songs!

Im off to see Biffy in March, and I'm hoping Fleetwood Mac are going to tour this year too! Not that's variation for you
