Had the ST a couple of months now so thought I'd post some pics
Pictures, video & Photoshop ForumIf you want to show off your photoshop skills, share pics and videos of your car or other cars you've found, here's the place to go.
You can, I think they are made by MS design, problem is they are very weak and crack or bend easily which is why they aren't very popular. The S-Max does have bigger versions too which I think some have fitted.

Seen a silver one a few days ago looked really well im pretty certain the wheels were the bigger ones.. couldn't quite put me finger on what it was at first lol
Am i rite in thinking that you can get the standard st wheels in like 19 or 20inch? they look the biz too.
Thanks Mo!
Yeah, as said, you can get bigger versions of the standard wheels but they're really weak, our accountant at work had an s max with 20" ones on and he fucked about 4 wheels on it! Wouldn't fancy paying for tyres either lol
Thing about the m5 is there bottom less pits which has always kept me away from them and the older they get the worse they are , I was thinking a 46 m3 but along with the fact there boring to be in and every dick has one I got the st and after 9 months I'm still stunned how good they are ! Bet you can't wait to get the cossie done tho hey

I know what you mean mate, you know what it's like when you set heart on something though! Lol!
I've just always fancied something with a V8 in it!
I will get an ST at some stage though.
I'm am looking forward to getting the cossie done and I'm not if that makes sense?!!
I'm looking forward to it as I ain't driven the fucker for over 3 years and it'll be nice to actually see all the money, time and effort pay off!
I'm just a little bit nervous about what the engine is going be like as I don't trust it but as Tony said to me, we'll just have to see how it pans out.
I was a bit unsure when I bought the wheels tbh, but it looks loads better than I imagined thankfully, just needs some spacers and non yellow calipers lol.
Nice car mate i had one with a similar spec and loved it, have u discoverd how they backfire when you blip it on the downchange? Very childish but amusing

The special paint finish on them doesn't really help mate. Spacers will finish it off nicely.
Tbh mate I was pretty much set on having that shell I told you about but I've had to say no cos its looking like i'm gonna lose the use of my mum's garage because she's not well and becoming less and less able to look after herself. Have considered selling the lot and having a vw camper lol.
Thanks James, can't see my mum improving any time soon tbh so That's probably what'll happen, scrap the shell, sell all the Sapph specific stuff and store the rest, then look for a 3dr shell or like I say, become a hippy lol
Alrite Karl, sorry to hear about your mum, I only ever seem to meet you at a bad time (the "accident" and when I saw you at the bank rushing to your mums). Car looks the muts nuts, me you and Chris will have to meet up for a few cold ones or organise a little road trip (show him what fords are made of!? )

Matt
Hiya Matt, Haha, yes it does seem that way mate!
That sounds like a cracking idea mate, although the last car related thing i did with Chris ended in disaster lol.
Beautiful lookin car sir, looks the part! I personally wouldn go for strips but could make it stand out an extra bit!
Thanks mate
It will probably stay as it is tbh, one of the previous owners sent me some pics of when he had it with side stripes and 19" BBS 's on, looked great which is what got me thinking lol.
To be fair, it doesn't look too bad with the stripes, however I still think it's better without. A friend of mine bought a new white one a few years back with red stripes on the sides and over the top, looked fucking hideous lol
Going to push mine out the garage this weekend and get cracked on with it, want to have all the little jobs I want done on it by the time the warmer weather is here, and there's lots to do!
Yeah I think I prefer it with the stripes if I'm honest, I definitely wouldn't be having them over the bonnet and roof lol.
I'm not sure if its the wheels that help it carry off the stripes though because I've seen pics of it with the standard wheels and stripes and it doesn't look so good lol.
