My car on bike throttle bodies *PICS & VID*
for those who were interested
sat in garage for 6 weeks, and me "mates" decorated the car for me
and today all clean
i also made a small vid, even with a 5800rpm limit it sounds ace, gonna be 7k when done 100%
i cant host vids tho and its 20762kb in size..?

how much did it cost you for the bike tb's and the fitting/setting up etc?
what other mods have you got etc etc........been advised to do the same to mine.....tempted lol

dave, they cost Ł90 off ebay, but i had to have loads of bits custom made etc and its got a secs S8 ecu, and i dunno how much thats gonna be yet

kent fast road inlet cam, std zorst
Focus RS head gasket
skimmed head
skimmed block
GSXR 750 42mm throttle bodies
saph cossie dark blue injectors
St170 4-2-1 manifold, and decat
powerflow catback
power boost valve
SECS S8 ecu

taking out the lights is good for getting air in, but you need to get hot air out too.....
a few sublte louvres should be ok at the back of the bonnet [near the window], dunno how raising the bonnet will look.....

kirk, the inlet is made from the early zetec alloy inlet manifold.
you have the plate bit for the injectors, then the bit that goes over the cam cover, i chopped all the tube bits of so i was left with just the plate.
and i then had the centres machined 5mm deep and some gortex gaskets made up. then the tb's slot into the machined holes and are then clamed toghether with 5mm threaded bar, cant find the pics of that tho
