Thanks for all your comments guys, and yes it's a very rare ST so I've been told, but yes the colour really comes out in the sun and looks great, only had it 3 months and just sorting out a few niggles with it but it's slowly getting there...

Thanks for your comments mate and yes it is the original Ford 9000VNR in it, it also has sat nav but unfortunately the satnav is frozen in time as I believe there were no updates for it after 2003, but want the car to remain as original as possible so it's staying in, just requires a new disc for the satnav which unfortunately are extremely hard to come by now but keep looking.

I think Ford wanted £170 for the disc, which for a well out of date sat nav is not worth it, so keep looking for a second hand one, there is someone on Ebay selling copies for £30, could be a bit dodgy I know but might be my only chance.

Infra Red is a very rare colour on the ST's, so yes you'd be lucky to see another out and about, there was approx only 400 made in this colour in Hatchback, Saloon and Estate, the majority were hatchbacks, and the least in Saloon and Estate.

Thanks for the comments guys and yes I think the front arm rest may have been changed at some point for what reason I'm unsure but again will be looking to put this right eventually.

Black eye Xenon headlights
lowered -50mm
BMW 850i Brembo 4pot callipers & focus rs mk2 discs (not fitted yet)
de-locked
smoothed boot handle
debadged front grill (work in progress)
bonnet bra (to hide stone chips lol)
full MTX Thunder ice install with Pioneer flip out screen and rear headrest monitors.

looking to remove the engine through the winter and build a better motor with parts from
the USA wich include either a 3.7 or 4.0 bottom end.

they are easy enough to do mate, takes about 20 mins, people charge
silly money for hem on ebay, mine cost me £8 to do lol.
