Default Mine and the Wifes mk1.5 focus(nothing special)Its got new wheels

My wife smashed her fiesta up on december. Some old sod pulled out in front of her and she had no where to go except the back of his car lol.
Poor fiesta.

Ive always wanted a blue car and have always like the mk1.5 focus.es.We bought this one for £1895 in febuary. Its a one owner from new with a full ford service history. It had 82,000 on the clock.

It looked clean in the little showroom.Well I clay barred the whole car and it took me 4 goes to get the.crap out of the roof and 3 goes on the bonnet.

Then i polished it and waxed it.

I then put lights some lights in the Footwells.

Me and the wife like our tunes so put the sony head unit out of the fiesta into the focus.

I also put a phono lead in so we can listen to our tunes on our phones.I fed it through the ash tray to keep it looking neat and tidy.

Then came the bass box.Hopefully i will fit a smaller one soon.
Ive wired it in so that its easy to take out when we need to use the boot.

I got a wiper stalk with the intermittent speed control on it.I got it from a mk3 mondeo.

then just some random pics of it.Hopefully i will get my tyres soon for my new alloys for my cossie then i will try my momos on the Focus.

Thanks for looking

Any planed mods then? A cheek remap or ported head? Maybe bring it 30-40mm lower to the ground?

Looks like a nice car. Is the intermittent wiper stalk from the Mondeo a straight swap? My misses has got one of these Focuses and it would be nice little change to make to it.

good cars these Glen as they are cheap to run cheap with parts and a pleasure to drive, I had a daily like yours a few years back and only sold it to fund a project at the time, Now using a ST170 as daily and its hard to fault

Got a bargain off ebay at the weekend. My wifes old bass box was a bit to big and was taking up to much space.I had a single 12 inch sub and box in my cossie but the sub nacked up.

I got this for 24 quid and was local to me.

i only wanted the 1 sub.So i put the single sub into the other box and put it in the car.

loads more room now.

Dont you have the speaker facing the front? I always understood it sounded better as the sound is then facing you!

depends on how you drive your car tbh, if you drive it normal its like any zetec for economy but once over 5.5k its drinks fuel on par with a cossie as it revs pretty high so a all round good value for money car
