Received a small package today from Pro Alloy. Bloody good service; ordered it on Saturday at noon and received today at 11.30am and that's from the UK to Belgium.

Right, everything is installed and they didn't have to cut anything BUT I now have a problem being that my boost pressure is WAY too high. It now peaks at about 2,1bar/30,5psi while it normally is "only" 1,9bar/27,5psi.
I've already been given the advise to turn the actuator rod 2 full turns but I can't even get it off the wastegate.
Will have to drive REALLY carefully now untill me or somebody succeeds in doing this.
The result:

UPDATE: my peak boostpressure was 2,1bar with the new intercooler while it only should be 1,9bar.
Lowered the boost this morning and my testdrive of later this afternoon to a friend while reveal if everything succeeded or not.

Need to update this a bit.
Had to strip the front bumper due to the MOT and problems with the clearance and the bloody snow which ripped my carbon splitter off.

And then Friday 6th April 2007 was a day to remember.
I passed the MOT thing over here without changing ANYTHING.
Can you understand that after more then 1year of hassle.
