Was in my 20s in the 90s, great times! Went to the first Dreamscapes/Raindances in the early 90s, through to Helter Skelters, Tomorrows World at Venue 44, Mansfield, loads of -Pleasuredomes in Skegness. Not forgetting mad Friday nights at Die Hard in Leicester!

If you're really into the late 80's/early 90's rave scene check out a book called Class Of 88 by Wayne Antony. Can be found for free in variious place's online in PDF format and is a fantastic read. He was a promotor who started Genesis parties.

these tunes really do send chills down your spine.....you had to be there to appreciate the scene-good times!
every week arranging your gear for the weekend,and from friday till sunday night no sleep whatsoever.club finishes,get in car,try to find someone doing a warehouse,driving too and from motorway services.
at 42 it is just now a distant memory,but a very good one!

Monday and Tuesday were recovery days,
Wednesday was pick up day, I had come around from the weekend and was placing orders and we were sorting out where we were going,
Thursday, Payday, go and score for the weekend, couple of pints whilst we organised where we were going and settled the money for the goodiEs.
Friday, finish work, home, changed, then out for the weekend, a mass frenzy of excitement as we drive to our 1st venue, drop half in the car park, 30+ hours of dancing, gurning and friendly funking out to follow
