FORD'S 100yr celebrations Pictures sept 3rd DUNTON
special centenary day atFords Dunton technical centre in essex. Have to say we were treated very well by Ford who laid everything on except food totally FREE 
pics time heres a selection of some of the goings on at yesterdays event and take a look at the crowds of Ford staff and VIPs watching us enter the track in my youtube video lower down the page
Then the short convoy up to Dunton itself
then taken into our holding area for the display

there was as much going on at this event as ford fair but with baking hot weather instead of rain and cloud like ford fair ,Paul swift was there doing his thing as well as FREE caterham rides and on track FREE fast rides in cosworths etc

Our test ride in a 14k escort Cossie which belongs to ford's heritage collection. They also had the last 4x4 Saf Cossie which rolled off the production doing high speed test rides - that car us a LHD and is Pacifica Blue not Mallard Green according to some reports. It was also driven By Shane from BoyZone

Nice pics, I do actually work at Ford Dunton and had the chance to go but oddly wasn't expecting that just few cars and not much more so didn't request a ticket plus the fact my mind was set to "Why do I want to go in to work on my day off!?", wish I had now as looked liked a good day.

miles better than ford fair and everything was free except food and drink ,truly stunning day
Nice pics, I do actually work at Ford Dunton and had the chance to go but oddly wasn't expecting that just few cars and not much more so didn't request a ticket plus the fact my mind was set to "Why do I want to go in to work on my day off!?", wish I had now as looked liked a good day.

Afraid I don't sorry, you mean the new EVOS concept or the old concepts though?
All I do is basically get vehicles ready for testing be it climate testing or road load data for test rigs, so until vehicles some through my department I don't get to much information about them.
