Ok just wondered if you had come to any other conclusions from the ring insurance thread. I guess 99% of britons who go do exactly that anyway.
Have fun over there and get some pics up when you get back

Let people with your repeater now if your going of the line.
Note that bikes drive a very different line to cars !!
I say: watch a Youtube clip on the ring and you know it all !!
Ones you've been there, you're hooked!

Hi Guys,
Thought you would appreciate a few shots of my Silver E39 M5 at the Nurburgring last week.
We had an amazing 4 days there as usual and the car performed faultlessly as always. Weather was excellent first three days and horrendous the last day, but, as usual, the last day was my favourite as I really enjoy the Nordschliefe in the wet and the M5 excels in those conditions as its far better suited to that kind of speed in my hands there in my opinion and of course there is no traffic at all when its wet. Literally... none.

few pics from Sean and mine and Rentons first visit of the year a few weeks back
had my AWESOME little Clio there as well. I did TWICE as many laps in the Clio as I did in my Lotus. Epic little car.

Was pretty much my fav trip that last one.
No stoppages all weekend. LOTS of laps.... and some amazing track action. I find just going around on my own a bit boring. I like some wheel to wheel action for the thrill and the giggle! (and slight danger aspect I suppose!)
Seans only been 3 times and doesnt know it as well as me and Renton.
Renton was driving my Exige and didnt wanna stuff it and so was driving at 7/10's
I was driving at 11/10ths in Clio...
This meant that all 3 cars were nose to tail lap after lap!!! was AWESOME fun.
we had 3 people with us that had never been to the Ring before as passengers as well. So lots of screaming and cheering added to the fun!
