Really like my new ones, unfortunately, my rear arches dont, spent all day dicking around with it, lost count of how many times I've had the wheels on and off today, and how many times it was on axle stands. Trimmed that much of my rear arches off today, I can't trim any more, and there still catching, and to add insult to injury, after spending two hours polishing it, it pissed down on my way home.

And I had to drive through glenns today, I've had that many sets of wheels on and off the car, I have f*cked the locking nut key, so had to go get glenns spare set lol

Aye I do aswel mate. If I buy some 215/35's they wont catch, it's the 225/40's that are doing it. But one, it's glenns ford meet tomorrow and I havnt got the time or money to buy the tyres before then, and two, the 225/40's fill the arches, and are nice and wide, so i thought f*ck it, I can keep the 225's if I chop the arches, but after chopping, sanding, painting, and laquering them, I found out, no I can't lol.

Was one of them days mate, nowt went rite from the get go, and for not the first time I over the years, I asked myself, 'WTF are you doing dicking around with shonkey old fords ?'

Be rite though, it's glenns meet tomorrow, that will cheer me up and give me some inspiration, that's asking as my arches don't cause my tyres to blow out on the way lol

Mines running about 260 ish now at 19psi and it flys when we was mapping with full boost it was up in fith and off the clock in no time,

Id like to run it at pod but fear for my gearbox

Vie had a play with a nms stage 5 (270) and I beat that on 19psi

Took him out in mine as its a mate and he said my engine feels so much better all round so was happy with the nice cmments considering

Is it going alright then Jim? Finally got it sorted out and in the car then!! No oil pressure issues like mine when it went on the dyno either?! That was not my best day out in the world ever!

Mine is still not mapped properly although I made some progress recently.

I paid £120 for mine to the live on the bench in the garage!

Would have been more if it wasn't for the discount I get through the business.

The pattern part has been bounced off the rev limiter a few times though and the F88 is set to cut power if it detects oil pressure drop below a certain pressure against RPM so I am hoping mine will be fine!

I get quite a big discound as we spend about 3 or 4 k a month with Ford, fortunately!

I love having the LOS features of this ECU. I'd have an oil pressure gauge but I hate having them hanging off the dash. I prefer a standard looking interior if I can. That way the LOS helps as it'll make me hook up the PC to scan the error memory and I still have a nice clean looking interior.

Good luck with it anyway Jim. Sounds like you're at where I should have been about 18 months ago!!
