My new toy : RS500
A couple of weeks ago I've sold my pride and joy, the Escort Cosworth WOLF (so Karl, now you finally have the nicest Wolf on here 
)
It's sold to a collector in Norwegen. He has a lot of rare Ford's and collect's them because he likes it. He's never going to use the car, only for showing. So he's found a good home.
The last pic i've made
But now the good news...
I've bought something in the UK, quite rare, and I've always said: If I ever sell the Wolf, this would be the replacement
Well let the pic's do the talking:
It's not in concours condition, but can be made quite easy. I'm glad it's a genuine RS500 with the correct engine number etc.
The first mod's are on his way: Genuine rearlights, other wheels, and other dash with clocks

It's a shame the Escort is going off to never be used. Seems a crime for it not to get used for what it was made for!
Lovely replacement though, love RS500s. I think a standard dash would suit it better, but finding a good one would be tricky no doubt!

It was a concours car, so I also didn't used it very much 
I'll put some online tonight...
luckily these wheels where only on the car for making the pictures (and I've bought it like it is...) as I'll have an other set for driving PM-ed back

Im jealous of anyone who owns a RS500! I love these cars so much would have one over any supercar!! But feel if i had one i couldn't drive it in fear i would damage it lol very nice mate!

Yes, never had this one before JP Cars has one for sale, but is not registered on dutch plates. So mine will be the first one 
Horrible, compared to an Focus RS2 or so, but for an old car from almost 25years is quite good. Luckily all the bushes and other suspension stuff is new (and uprated)
The EsCos was indeed very very nice and goodlooking!

Oh i know! I drive all my cars hard like they were designed for but the RS500, well i don't think i could, would spend more time making sure no one got near to the thing but then the otherside would say give it some lol Oh well maybe one day, roll on my numbers in the lotto!
