can someone p/s and lower 60mm ish

hey all, can someone p/s the pic so the car looks roughly 60 mm lower? and if its not too much to ask, some frst wheels too? thanks, Dan

The car was parked on a bit of funny angle, so it looks a bit odd by the wall at the back.
not sure how low -60mm is in the photoshop world so just lowered it to slightly under the arches.
