Nice looking set of wheels. Did you have them restored ? Who would you recommend as i need to refurbish my compromotives
Cheer's mate. I did them myself. Got them blasted then etched primed,2K primer,then did them in 2K black to seal them. After that I finished them in white. I'll just be keying the surface and painting them anthracite.
I'd imagine any decent bodyshop in your area should be able to do them.
Some lovely Looking Sapphs on here. I'm trying to keep mine standard as possible, but thats hard when you see what some of you guys have done to your cars. Still a bit of work to do but will be on the road again 1st May.

No no no, looks great just get some nice new dealer plates for her and spend the money under the bonnet, theres plenty of time to mess around with the outside later
P.S New headlights without wiper are Ł45 from Unipart and I swear it transformed mine, do it!

i didn't break the white one mate, a breaker in cumbria did, its jim greens old one which james kiely now owns, and i want it but he wont sell it me lol

i am looking forward to seeing it finished myself jim ,but as you know another project has come up,so it may wait a little longer ,and hopefully i will be starting to build my garage in a week or so ,so i can start rebuilding her

i too wished i had bought it when you had it for sale pete as its gobbling up money in replacing the parts it had before it got broke .
Jase your motor looks fantastic and the number plates really set it off, I see what you mean about the new headlights so i ordered them up from unipart today and i'll get the fresh plates by the time it goes back on the road.
