well many differences both ways really, The saff having the luxury of leather and a great driving position and a shovel load of power, The Escort with the looks, cheaper bills, great handling for a fwd and the wow factor!
I'd have to say overall they are both fantastic cars, but i am happier with this than the saff as i have wanted one since being a kid, and that the paranoia of the Cossie going bang and the big re-build bill swinging it towards the Escort!

Ahha so thats where my old softlines are lol.
My girl bought me those wheels for my birthday a couple of years ago lol!
Ive still got the receipt and boxes for them up the loft
I must have bought 2 sets of centre caps so the paint would match! (Most sets arent the same colour when the sun shines on them)
I should have kept them

My only criticism is the wheels. I'm not a fan of Softlines anyway, but I've always felt that RST's look better with 15/16inch wheels. It makes the bottom half of the car look "chunkier", if you know what I mean?
What does your car drive like on 17's?

ye ye bruv, am gonna do a burn out til me front tyres go bang. Gonna make loads of smoke init! Den am gonna sit in neutral and keep my foot down on my accelerator and keep it bouncin on the limiter, then do a hand brake turn whilst eatin a big mac!
