Personally, i think the stuff from his first 2 albums has always been better than the stuff he puts out now. Its too clean for me. Over produced maybe, if you get what I mean? And the people he has featuring on his newer stuff is piss-poor to the stuff like when it was Eminem and Dr. Dre. Eminems stuff even from his own albums at times sounds like he's only featuring on the song. The No Love track being an example.

I think its because when he isn't doing one of his comedy songs he puts alot of meaning into his lyrics, he tells it how it is rather than rapping about how G he is and how much money he's got etc..
Without a doubt one of the greatest of all time.

On an awesome lyrics note one of my favourties has to "Mr Lif - Phantom". the lyrics in that are great.

did you see the interview em did the other day on 60 minutes ?. he was on about how always used to read the dictionary when he was kid, and set himself targets, find words, that rymed with awkward words. then decided words that didnt have anything that rymed with them, he would change the pronunciation of the word, to make other words ryme with it

example

Orange, doesn't have anything rymes with it, so pronounce it oringe, then minge, syringe, door hinge, etc do ryme with it
