Excellent vid, that will teach not to run again (if indeed he can even walk after that). I could just imagine the uproar over here if it was a british cop and that happened. No doubt the bike riders family would say "Oh he was just a loveable rouge" , "Why did they have to chase him, if they had let him go none of this would have happened" "It's all the fault of the police".
