How do you want me to word it then? He chose to leave the site (under his old user name ) and not sort the issue (either supplying the parts paid for, providing evidence of sending the parts paid for or refunding the money when they did not show up), despite being given every chance to do so by both Stu and myself.

At no point did race, creed or colour come into it (we have no idea of identity or origin from a person's user name), it was a simple case of goods being paid for and not being received and requesting that something be done about it, which your brother refused to do?

So what would you call it, if leaving the forum is not considered running away and hiding from the situation rather, than doing one of three things above to resolve the situation?

Why would you do that, Tabz can clearly say prove they did not arrive.

No, I am not the police, I am a moderator on here and when someone approaches the mod team (as Lincoln did) and explains an issue, we have to act on it accordingly. If you actually know anything about the situation, you will know that Lincoln gave Tabz SEVEN months to either send the goods or provide proof that they had been sent. Does that sound like someone unreasonable to you? After seven months of getting nothing but excuses and failed promises, Lincoln approached Stu and myself to resolve it. We contacted your brother and gave him EVERY opportunity to either provide the documentation to prove it was sent (he even alleged to have faxed it to Lincoln, so I asked for a copy to be sent to either myself or Stu, as Lincoln hadn't received it). It was at that point that instead of doing this, your brother decided to leave the forum. Now if he DID have the evidence to back up the alleged sending out of the items, you would think he would just send it - but no, he RAN AWAY . Obviously, as you correctly state, we aren't the police and so once your brother did this, there was very little we could do. We had hoped that our intervention would see your brother doing the right thing and either sending out the items or refunding the money. Your brother made his choice of which way to go, so how does that make me a jumped up prat by reminding you of the FACTS and not your rose tinted view of what your brother did?

Obviously if your brother is showing up on this site (either directly or through you), then it is still our duty to follow this up to protect the members on here from being dealt in the same way. Hence my involvement - and not because I am poking my nose in, but because that is my role on here LOL - moderator.

I don't know what kind of lines your brother has been feeding you, and I realise that blood is thicker than water, but this was dealt with by the books and with Stu as well LOL. I'll give you the EXACT facts, and then you decide who you think is pulling the wool over whose eyes :

Lincoln ordered some carbon items off your brother.

Your brother said that he had sent them.

Lincoln never received them.

Lincoln chased your brother for them.

Your brother assured Lincoln they were on their way and that he would chase courier.

This went back and forth for a while. Licoln asked your brother for proof of delivery.

Your brother promised he would sort this, but was in the middle of a move (sound familiar? As in the usual PF bullshit when a trader screws up ).

Lincoln kept chasing for this information. Seven months later and nothing, and following a thread on the forum, Lincoln decided enough was enough and to involve the moderators.

Lincoln duly contacted me and appraised me of the situation. I duly informed Stu and then proceeded to act as middleman between your brother and Lincoln.

Your brother assured us that the item had been sent, that he had proof and would fax it through to Lincoln. I asked for the consignment number as well, as I could track this with my contacts at TNT.

Your brother said he had faxed it through to Lincoln.

I asked Lincoln if he had received it, Lincoln confirmed that he had not.

I asked your brother to fax through to either Stu or myself. Your brother then backed out of the whole situation, said he was leaving PF and that was that.

Now given the above, who does it sound like is the thief? Your brother had every opportunity to either refund Lincoln or prove that he had sent the goods and that Lincoln was the thief - instead he did neither, and chose to RUN AWAY.

Given that we have no police powers that was that. Can you please explain how me being a trader and a moderater affected the above scenario in any way - I would LOVE to know?

Your brother just didn't like the fact that he had been caught out and that we weren't going to let it lay, until it was resolved. As soon as your brother realised that, he jumped ship. Simples. If you can't see that, then you're as crooked as your brother .

I suggest you read the post above, as there was no kangeroo court, no-one even "judged" your brother, as when he was unable to provide the evidence requested - HE RAN AWAY. No-one forced him to go, he just told us that he was no longer going to be posting on here. People can draw their own conclusions from that as to who is guilty and who is innocent..... How is it that you can't grasp that simple fact? You keep throwing accusations about being one-sided - but other than putting a gun to your brother's head and making him provide the evidence (instead of running), what did you want us to do?

Tell you what, you tell us how we could have handled it any differently? Should we have just believed what your brother said without the evidence to support this?

Let me guess what your reply will be to this - you're not interested - and why? BECAUSE YOU KNOW it was dealt with properly, but can't present an arguement to the contrary that doesn't make you both look either guilty as sin or stupid .

No Granada hubs, no the wheels where not drilled to suit as somebidy has stated.
Bmw 5x120 pcd with custom hubs, bells bracket etc.
Complete nightmare to get it all to work, but certainly do able.

If you persist in trying to say that the way I dealt with it was bullshit, you WILL be infracted. I am a VERY reasonable person and dealt with this 100% professionally of which I have demonstrated above. If you have any evidence to the contrary, I suggest you present it or STFU or I will deal with you accordingly....

The ONLY thing that was edited was at the request of a third party relating to his personal business, so please don't try and make it seem what it is not (I have already explained this to you as well, so it's laughable that you are trying to make it seem underhand ).

As I suggested in the PM exchanges we had, that if you know nothing about this, then you should act accordingly rather than inflaming the situation by stating it was dealt with improperly. It was dealt with by the book with Stu's backing. Accordingly before you dig yourself into a hole, I suggest you bite your tongue and STFU LOL. I made my point and clarified the situation and then in respect to your thread stopped posting, but if you continue to post bollocks, then obviously I will continue to correct you LOL.
