Right just a couple of things here
The car has been paid for by me
the car has been built for me by me
the car was never ment to go over 120mph
never ment to be fitted with a cosworth engine
are 18" wheels or even 360mm megamonster hi spec brakes
so everything fitted to this car is there for a reson
XX-pack kit wide wheel base better road handling thanks to gaz coilovers
wheels to give me 265.35.18 Tyres on the back to take the cosworth power
the spoiler to give down force on the rear
the rollcage for safety
and the spot lights just to piss everyone off
I've always loved the lights so i fitted them
this car has had the best of everything
no mater how much it's cost or going to cost
I'm willing to build anyone a car to how they want it
SO if you want to tell me want to do
pay me to build a car for you.

it's not Touchy I think some people forget
when you build a car and update it you change everything
unlike buying a fiesta and sticking bits on it to look good
This is a complete build from shell to finished car
everything has been done to work with running high power and high
speed cosworth engine that will be running upto 380bhp at the wheels
not the 98bhp the car was designed to take.

I think you have to remember that your not the only one entitled to an opinion.
This is a public forum, not a communist country!
I respect your right to do your car how you want, and you should respect our rights to say how we individually would change the car.
For the record, I would of perhaps looked to the Baileys red Mk2 more for inspiration than perhaps the Fast and Furious.

Good job I'm building a drift car
all joking aside if there was a spoiler out there that fits the mk2
that will give me the down force I need I would have had it
the x-pack spoiler as I said was only made for a car with 98bhp and top speed of 120 max

So you'll be drifting at 120mph then? 
One or the other mate, it is a really cool car, but since the rest of it looks so good, the spoiler...as said earlier does look tacky as fook. Its not a Jap car, don't try to make it out to be...even if its not intentional
Tell you what though mate, I and a lot of people would love to see a build thread on this car, as well as the engine you've put in it

even though about getting a Capri turbo spoiler
cut it down by 5" to fit the escort
I know it's not everyones cup of tea
but everything can be put back o/e grp4 tarmac
with no probs

Old skool page mate builds been on there since I started
like u side the spoiler was not my first choice
but I wanted to fit something
and if I ever find something I like and will look better I will fit it

Spotlights are in your face, liking them.
Liking the tinted windows / colour, Focus RS type styling .....ace
Not keen on spoiler, but hey the car more than makes up for that.

whats the point to this thread as you obviously dont welcome other opinion?
its got potential but in my opinion its spoiled by some tacky add ons like the bodykit, the wheels, the spoiler,the lights and the colour.

looks good apart from the spoiler mate, original spoiler would look so much better and im sure it wouldnt make any difference

I've been building the car since may this year
from just a shell to now
there's no brakes fitted as yet
I have hi spec megamonster 360,32mm fronts
waiting to get custom made hubs and mounts made by hi spec
and haven't got the rears as yet
You can fine the complete build on the old skool part on here

nice car looks good the colour is different but the wheels and spoiler let the car down
in my opinion i would have put a set of 7 by 13 rs 4 spokes and the standard rs boot spoiler on.

I love mk2 escorts especially with cossie engines! but this one isnt my cup of tea either wheels,colour & spoiler are terrible colour is nice on a mk2 focus rs but not a mk2 escort. Then i seen your dash build with they horrible dials. But its your car & if your happy then thats what metters
