Default cleveland RSOC hills tour 16/8/09
Our local group had it first ever hills tour today and it went really well
we set off from our meeting point and took a route covering nearly 140 miles of the north yorks moors and visiting osmotherly, helmsley, kirbymoorside, the lion inn at blakey ridge for dinner, then on to rosedale abbey, egton, goathland (hearbeat!), whitby then castleton,danby and home.
15 cars took part and a great day was had, took some pics along the way, love the one I took of my car at a waterfall.

Although I did break something in my gearbox and Jim did blow a boost pipe off the RS200 at one point but everyone made it round

it was a tour Pete not a race

(and I ain't gonna post the bits where we may have been going a bit quicker on the net - although there was soo much traffic about (MG owners club, looooads of horses) I only got the car into 5th once)
