a m8 of mine had his subaru in at AVA for a never ending engine rebuild, conversion. they told him the saph was going to be twin turbo'd and they showed him a prototype intercooler and that is what will be fouling the head lamps. might be a load of nonsense, but then again it might not. AVA are not shy when it comes to spending your money.
