Here a few of my Escort gti from several years ago . Sorry for the quality of them but had to scan them. Happened on the A303 in wiltshire on the countess roundabout near Stone henge. Some prat in a lhd van decided he wanted to be where i was and hit the rear wheel arch sending me into the crash barrier . My first Ford every day car

This is whats left of one of the Taxis after an idiot was speeding through a red traffic light in Liverpool
The person who was in the front passenger seat had died at the scene but fortunately the paramedics brought him back.
The car had spun through the air an had landed on top of the metal fence for the subway thats by the junction. The drivers door had also been torn off. The passenger seat is touching the drivers seat and all the center console is crushed.

Dont drink and drive boys and girls as this will happen
This is a lad from works car, he was at his girlfriends house having a few drinks on a Saturday night. Things turned sour and after an argument he decided he would drive home.
He had left at 23:50 where he had crashed was no more than 10 mins away on a country road. His mrs said she had a call off the lad at 00:45 saying he had crashed the car. So he had been sparked out for 40 ish mins. The police arrive at approx 1AM and found the lad wandering in the road covered in blood from a broken nose. He was taken to hospital and had a blood sample taken which found him to be over the limit.
The NSF wheel, strut and driveshaft where stuck into the bottom of a large oak tree. The impact was so great it distorted the roof, floor b and c post on the NS.
his insurance would not pay out as he was drunk and he is still paying off he car now and is still on his 2nd drink drive ban (first was a similar incident!)

He is due his licence back next year i hope to god he does not buy another car as the 3rd time he might kill someone!
I think the fact the corner had a small kerbstone and a chevron board that slowed him down slightly as he went through them before hitting the first tree thats kept him alive

if i had smashed my saph during the internet age i would have shown mine off
it left both near side wheels in the armco before it ended up in a ditch with the floor slowly filling up with water
looked fine from the drivers side, other than the fact that we couldn't close the door once we'd opened it
needed "specialist" recovery which cost me Ł300
but insurance company paid out in 2 weeks as the road was icy at the time but i've never driven off after getting annoyed, because you know it's the first thing that's going to happen

My Avensis daily from last year. Lass came straight out of junction at 30mph without stopping and twated me. Doesnt look much, but it was enough to write the car off. Hit my head hard enough on the roof to dent it. Testament to Toyota build quality I guess.
