il have to get a look at this golf when its finito its a proper rapid car lol il be keeping the pickup for a long time mate ive spent too much on it already to justify selling it on and i love the car its so different, ive got to start putting away a heap of cash at the end of the month now to save for a deposit for a bigger house so cosworths etc are on hold until ive got myself sorted, hows your sierra doing are you happy with it now

wasnt the best at handling but point it in a straight line after a corner and its adios amigo to the person trying to race yi lol fastest car ive ever owned by far!!!! i had to get rid of it cos i knew i would end up wrapped round a tree or banned for speeding lol as for price to build not sure about 4k in bits then labour on top so not cheap but i bought it from a mechanic friend who built it so i knew it was done right

Just sold my mk2 gti VR6, was a great little car, you did notice the extra weight on the front but i wouldnt say it was noticeable, the power outweighs any weight disadvantage. was very predictable, and the car felt planted.

I have a spare VR6 engine in my workshop, needs t h rods and a head gasket, but will be a great engine, was taken apart with view to turbo ir and bore it to 3.2 Ltr. Pm me if your intrested. Also can point you in right direction if u want to know more about the conversions! they are easy to do, easily drive in drive out your gararge in a weekend!

it was standard with a goosed turbo when i first got it but since ive not fitted my new stuff yet i dont know how quick its gonna be, il also have to get it set up it should be the 170 180 mark hopefully.as for handling its fine just feels as rigid as any other escort ive not noticed any difference.and i think the back end has some kind of bars welded into it im gonna be investing in a strut brace for the rear as well just to stiffen things up more
