heres my winter run around,just finished spending 10months re-building it! turbo se cab on a rare D plate.

i was in contact with the guy all week as it was on pistonheads for about 8grand if i can remember,as you probably know he needed cash asap and i bidded him in the balls for it and he accepted.the next morning i was just about to arrange plane tickets to go get it and he texted me to say that he'd sold it for 7grand
its looks like a nice one and im glad it went to someone on here...

lol at some of the cars on here, a winter runaround is like a cheap and cheerfull car you buy just for the winter if you dont like to run ya cozzy, rst etc etc.............

Was a bog standard 1.8 dturbo, bought for £350
Was running as 1.9, garret t2, 22 psi of boost, loads of fuel. 200ft ib+ of torque, about 120 bhp.
Gaz adjustables all round lowered lots!, lower strut brace, polybushes and 1.9 wheels
Cost under 1k to build and is the best handling/most fun car i have ever owned. But it had just blown its 3rd headgasket in 16 months and i cant be arsed with having to fix everything all the time, so i swapped for this absolute piece of shit.
