I really like that Jb i want the front grille , rear number plate surround and wheel centres for mine

At the mo their 225/45/17, jus took off some 235/45/17's which you can see in the pic of the car on track, i'll chuck anything on there cos they only last a week or so

Yeah I forgot bout the window trims, their coming too wit the mirror bits
I think the idea's gonna be get as much carbon down the centre of the car as poss & keep the sides of the car standard but with carbon touches, I've spoke to Phil bout door mouldings too !! 
Not sure bout the Quads, cos I don't think I like em on Saph's !!

Honest answer is, my tyre supplier (Stu @ Streatham Tyres ) is an absolute don, always had quick cars, Cossie's etc (has a mk 1 escort on XE power @ the mo) & knows what I'm like, so when he gets anything in on a 17 (part worn) & decent he'll keep it to one side for me as he'll know I'll be along with a couple weeks for em !! So basically change cos 225's was next on the shelf !!

Oh, the 235's never rubbed one bit, they were Michelin Pilot Sport 2's or something (didn't pay much attention )
The 225's rub a tiny bit which I will address by the weekend when the car's next out !!

Group a mirrors would be ace. But not M3 style. Just get proper escort ones, cut the base, and re-mould them with a saph base. You would get lot of people interested in that I recon.

the reason i ask is it was ma dads, he bought it from belgium iirc, it was the tarmac rally championship winning car !
after the suspension and front diff were sorted he won loads of rallys in it and i went to alot of them but i dont remember the car particularly well
it would be really nice to see it how it is now

Nah, think I'm jus gonna stick wit exterior parts to be honest !!
The interior is being delt wit by Dan @ RapidFord, he's flocking the dash, centre consol & door cards !! Plus I got a LOAD of gauges coming (end of month when got more dosh ) & that'll be the trim sorted apart from a nice set of reclining buckets !!

looks a lot different to when i remember seeing it STANDARD about 2yrs ago!!!
