That actually looks perfect with the original wheels on, ours was a bargin really (bought from a friend) bought for half as much as the one about with all the bling in the bay along with circa 200 horses!
I've never driven one without a strut brace, seems ok when flying around round abouts, but not had it on track yet
You still enjoying the Capri? Good to see you looking after her!

When the chap delivered it (his last drive of it) it blew the dipstick out, was a nightmare cleaning all the oil off those shiney bits

Yep apart from OO isn't the last part but i do recognise your username from RTOC matey and if it is the same person you used to own this car a while back
She is going through a current engine change at the moment for a 2.0 16v conversion out of the clio 182 I am doing with plans to turbo it in the near future

If you wanna know a bit of history mate, i bought it from an old guy about 5-6 years ago now, it had a genuine 60k on the clock, and was totally standard when i bought it with FSH. I changed the wheels, jetted the carb, and strapped the std cooler and it was running 18psi.
Then sold it to a mate of mine who absolutely killed it. Are you the 4th owner now?
Its good to see my old car, its a small world.

It is a very small world no I am 5th owner purchased it of another RTOC member BOD who had all the work done to the engine. I have only recently taken the little 1.4 engine out and put a 2.0 16v engine in hence me being on passionford as I am obtaining cossie parts for the conversion pretty much got all of it now jsut awaiting ECU to comeback really and then start saving for T3 turbo conversion.
